

He sounds like a miserable person! I am shocked anyone would deal with them after Jeffs responses to reviews of customers. And his excuses and responses on all the bad reviews just shows you his way of dealing with customers, and this is a real review, not fake or someone hiding behind a screen. Its a simple fix, send a replacement out immediately and a packing slip to return damaged item, not hard!! If they cant handle that, I cant imagine counting on them for my bike parts. Word of mouth is the best compliment! Their are plenty of other reliable and competent companies to buy from! Being treated the way Jeff has to me about a damaged helmet is ridiculous. Their customer service and staff are even worse than their products.

The helmet was completely cracked and chipped and scratches all over it, obviously their quality control is lacking! I called, emailed pics to no avail except rude emails from Jeff! I had a race and needed a helmet asap, they could care less they sent out a damaged helmet, I asked they send out a replacement and Jeff just gave me the runaround instead of taking care of it! Im sure the only reason they send damaged items out is because they are not the retailer you bought from and could care less what products they send out. I would highly suggest you look elsewhere than MX South! I ordered a helmet online and I guess dropshipped from MX South. You can read the reviews on here and judge for your self. You can’t bully people giving honest reviews.

He OBVIOUSLY used my full name in an attempt to get me to delete my review. The first interaction I had with Jeff to check on my refund he started threatening me not to contact Amazon. If it was trashed and rusted in that short of time being used (attempted to use) once then the cart is junk. So I waited for the new cart to come in hopes to use the box to ship the snow mobile cart back to Jeff. Jeff’s cart seems to be a snow mobile cart. Jeff received it 9/24 (30 day return is not my terms, his terms) I then ordered another more expensive cart like the one I already had. There was no way to get the jetski back on the trailer if I did let it fall off the trailer on to the cart. When I did try it the cart is way shorter than the jetski trailer. I put it under my deck with the other cart. It came around 8/7and I didn’t have a chance to put it together for a week. What actually happened is I bought a different brand cart for more money. I was sincere when I told you to keep the money and try to control your emotions. Buyer beware.To the owner - I read your reply. This business sold an item, refunded less than half and received the item back. Amazon covered the rest of my refund with their A-Z guarantee. Rude unprofessional and questionable business practices. Threatened me to withhold restocking fee if I filed an A-Z return claim.
